Best nachos! You get your money's worth of food here. They have a do yourself salsa bar. I have 13 more dishes to try as the menu is very simple. Loved it!

The Quesabirria tacos here never disappoint. There full of delicious tender birria and lots of cheese. I crave them all the time.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, I was surprised by the people who rated it one star. Prices were more than fair for the portions we received. My tacos were delicious (tip, get the REAL tacos, the #10 - these are authentic style tacos), overflowing with meat, with handmade tortillas. The torta was fantastic as well with al pastor (marinated pork). The chips were perfect, thin and crispy as they should be. The queso was very good and the salsa bar was a nice touch. We will definitely be eating here again!

Wow!! This place is SO GOOD!!! We are super glad to stumble across this magical fusion place! The burrito bowl rocked my world! The food for kids is easy! The salsa is fantastic! Seating inside only. Counter service. Wheel chair accessible.

Seriously soooo good! Fusion is the first Mexican restaurant in NC that I can say I actually LOVE! (Originally from California) I’ve tried a majority of the big Mexican restaurants in the Salisbury area and Fusion is the ONLY one that I’ve been impressed by. The food here is amazing, I would recommend the California Burrito, the Carne Asada Fries, and of course the Quesa Birria Tacos. Seriously the Birria is soooo freaking good, I’ve ordered that on multiple occasions already. We usually order to go using their website and the food is always ready by the time they stated.

Yummy experience of a Shrimp Peluza meal and a pineapple water. Great customer service and I loved the salsa bar with different salsas for your meal. This is definitely a delicious secret in the midst of Landis, NC. ...

Tacos anyone? When you feel like tacos on a Tuesday, this place can't be beat! A smidge over 18 for 10 tacos, chips and salsa, rice, and beans! This was my first time here. Thank you to the sweet girl at the counter who took my order. She has the patience of a saint, and the smile of an angel. She gets the Gold Star of the day! The atmosphere was clean and simple. - Perfect in my opinion. Service was very fast. - only a couple minute wait after filling the 8 salsa cups. Speaking of salsa, amazing salsa bar! Great variety! I thoroughly enjoyed them all with the fresh chips! I was very impressed with the meat selection, and tried 5. (On the receipt.) The Choripollo was my favorite; though they were all great! My order was a To-go order, and I can’t imagine what the food would have been like had I dined in. My husband agrees with all of this, and has submitted his own review. He mentioned, before we began our reviews that Fusion opened 4 years ago. Do you realize this was during the pandemic? Maybe that gives you a better overall understanding of how amazing this restaurant is as they are still operating! We usually make meals at home, but this was well worth venturing out for. Thank you, Fushion! You made my evening one of the best I’ve had in what seems like forever! We will definitely visit you again!
